I was suspicious of this right from when you used a glass to cut out the middle of the tomato, even more suspicious with the chives not being fine cut. But in the end I like the idea, like a pan-fried quiche but without the pastry. Sounds wild to describe it that way, but I think I'll try doing something like this.
